Kieron white Legacy Project

For this project I decided to design a “KOR” vehicle and the “KOR” are a technologically advanced race. So to start off I did some research on futuristic vehicles of all kinds.

I then went on to draw some basic thumbnail sketches based on the research.

I noticed a lack of direction as I didn’t know what type of vehicle I wanted to create so I started to think about the type of vehicles that the KOR would need. Eventually I came to the decision that I wanted to design a transport ship. A large aircraft/hovering ship that would transport a fleet of tanks ground troops and some smaller fighter aircrafts. I then went on to do some research on large transport ships. I focused on spaceships as I knew I wanted to create a flying vehicle that looked futuristic.

I then went on to do some thumbnail sketches of various transport ship concepts. I envisioned the KOR as imagining themselves to be the master race so I tried to incorporate the omega (Greek letter ohm) into their symbol.

From these concepts I selected my favorite one and expanded on a few variations.

I then went on to create my final concept sheet by developing one of these variations using concepts from the other variations and new ideas inspired by the previous research. On the concept sheet I highlighted key areas displayed from different angles to best show what the different parts look like.
